Purchase-Related

Q: Where can I purchase RACINGBROS products? Can I visit your headquarters to buy or install products?A: Please purchase and install through authorized dealers across Taiwan.

Q: Can I buy your products from non-authorized resellers?A: All purchases must be made through authorized dealers.We reserve the right to deny warranty service for products purchased outside of authorized channels.Please refer to PRODUCT PURCHASE NOTICE

 

Q: Can I buy second-hand RACINGBROS suspension from a friend? What should I be aware of?A: If purchasing second-hand suspension or a used vehicle equipped with our products, please confirm that the previous owner or seller has a valid warranty card issued by RACINGBROS or can provide the name of the original authorized dealer.

If a valid warranty card is not provided, or the product source is unclear or unverifiable, RACINGBROS reserves the right to deny all warranty, servicing, or maintenance.

RACINGBROS does not get involved in any second-hand transactions. Any concerns must be resolved between the buyer and seller. We do not respond to inquiries or disputes related to used products purchased from individuals or unauthorized channels.

For installation or adjustment of second-hand products, please visit an authorized dealer.

We do not offer reissuance of warranty cards. When purchasing used products, ensure a valid warranty card is included (with dealer stamp and installation date).

If the warranty card is lost but the original dealer can be identified and matches our internal records, reissuance can be requested through that dealer.

Q: Where can I get the best price?A: All major RACINGBROS products are sold at fixed prices.Prices do not include installation or accessories. Installation fees vary by dealer.

 

Q: Where can I buy accessories and parts?A: Accessories can be purchased from authorized dealers or through our Shopee store.

 

Q: Can I choose the color of my suspension or springs?A: Suspension color schemes are fixed and cannot be customized.

 

Q: Can I return my suspension to the factory for length modification?A: We do not offer services to change the length, components, or internal settings of suspension units after purchase.

 

Maintenance-Related

Q: How much does maintenance cost and how long does it take?A: Spring-type suspension maintenance costs NT$2,000 per unit (self-paid).For full details including maintenance and inspection fees, see MAINTENANCE & SERVICE.

Q: Can I send my suspension directly to the factory for maintenance?A: Maintenance requests must be processed through authorized dealers.Products sent by individuals will be returned via cash-on-delivery without prior notice.

 

Q: What is the notice for 2009 BAZOOKA suspension?A: 2009 models require an upgrade to 2013 components for maintenance. See announcement:https://reurl.cc/vmAADN

 

Q: How is the free maintenance period calculated?A: Air suspension models are eligible for one free factory maintenance within one year from installation.The installation date written on the warranty card by the dealer is the official reference.

If the installation date is missing or the card is lost, the factory shipping date will apply.

Postmark date is used to verify the return date. Late submissions will incur charges.

 

Q: Can I send the product for service without a warranty card?A: A valid warranty card is required for all maintenance and repairs.Cards are issued with each product and must be stamped and dated by the installing dealer to be valid.

RACINGBROS does not reissue lost warranty cards. Please keep your warranty card safe.

If the warranty card is lost but the original dealer can be verified and matches our internal records, reissuance may be arranged through the dealer.

 

Q: What happens if parts need to be replaced during maintenance?A: During factory maintenance, the technician will inspect your suspension.If worn components such as hoses or shafts need to be replaced, quotes will be provided via your dealer.To ensure safety, we recommend replacing worn parts rather than performing maintenance without necessary replacements. Most repairs require concurrent self-paid maintenance due to the need for disassembly and internal part replacement. If you choose not to proceed with repairs after inspection, an inspection fee of NT$500 per unit will be charged.

 

Q: How can I clean and maintain the suspension myself?A: Use RACINGBROS LUBY cleaner. Spray LUBY from 15–20 cm away onto the oil seal and shaft until dirt breaks down and runs off.Wipe clean with a dry cloth.

After cleaning, apply a small amount of "Bunny Oil" lubricant on the sliding ring area.We recommend using LUBY once a week. Video tutorial

 

Q: What should I do if the electronic pump is out of power?A: Replace the battery. Battery model: CR2032 x1. Video tutorial

 

Air Leak / Oil Leak

Q: I inflated to 30 PSI yesterday, but it’s 25 PSI today. Is this a leak?A: Please refer to our article on common air leakage misconceptions:https://reurl.cc/6LxxyV

 

Q: My suspension hose seems oily. Is it leaking?A: Oil on the lower tube is usually a result of natural flow from the sliding ring during operation — this is normal.Simply wipe off the excess oil.

Continuous dripping is a sign of leakage and requires inspection.If in doubt, please visit an authorized dealer for diagnosis.
