To ensure product performance, safety, and protect your rights, please carefully read the following important information before purchasing and installing RACINGBROS products.
Professional Installation & Dealer Policy
All RACINGBROS front forks, rear shock absorbers, and related products must be installed and adjusted only by technicians who have completed our designated professional training. Unauthorized installations may result in product malfunction or safety risks.
We have clearly emphasized in dealer conferences and technical seminars: authorized dealers are strictly prohibited from reselling products to non-authorized shops. Violations will be handled according to contract terms.
Unauthorized Installation & Gray Market Resale
Despite our strict controls, some dealers may privately transfer products to non-authorized stores. If a product is improperly installed or serviced by an unauthorized shop and becomes damaged as a result, RACINGBROS will not provide any warranty or repair services in accordance with our warranty policy.
Sample & Sponsored Products
Some shocks are released for purposes such as rider sponsorship, product development testing, or test-ride vehicles at authorized dealers. These products:
Are not issued with warranty cards
Are strictly prohibited from resale
Are not eligible for warranty card reissuance
If you unknowingly purchase one of these second-hand units, no maintenance or repair service will be provided due to the absence of a valid warranty card.
Importance of the Warranty Card
The RACINGBROS warranty card functions as the product’s ID card, containing:
Name of the installing dealer
Date of installation
Maintenance records
Product serial number
Always verify that the seller has a valid warranty card when purchasing a second-hand RACINGBROS product to ensure your service rights are protected.
Second-Hand Market Disclaimer
RACINGBROS does not provide any second-hand transaction information and does not operate any second-hand sales platforms or groups.
We do not intervene in any second-hand transactions of RACINGBROS products. If any disputes arise, they must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller.
If you require installation or adjustment services for a second-hand product, please consult an authorized RACINGBROS dealer.
Warranty Card Reissue Policy
As of September 1, 2020, we no longer accept applications for warranty card reissuance. When purchasing second-hand products, please confirm that a valid warranty card is included, or you will not be eligible for after-sales support.
If the warranty card is lost but the original purchasing dealer is known and matches our internal records, the dealer may assist you in reapplying for a replacement.
Identifying Authorized Dealers
Since 2021, all authorized RACINGBROS dealers hold an official dealer certificate. Before purchase or installation, please confirm that the dealer has this certificate visibly displayed in-store.

After Installation: Warranty Card Checklist
Please confirm the following after the installation is completed:
The warranty card has the official stamp of the installing dealer
The stamp matches the actual shop that performed the installation
The installation date (year/month/day) is clearly filled in
The serial number on the card matches the one engraved on the shock body
For further assistance, please contact any RACINGBROS authorized dealer or our official customer service team.
Thank you for your support and trust in RACINGBROS.
