RACINGBROS does not participate in or intervene in any second-hand transactions involving RACINGBROS products. If you have any concerns regarding such transactions, please contact the seller directly for resolution.
To avoid involvement in potential disputes, RACINGBROS will not respond to any inquiries related to second-hand transactions, including but not limited to:
“This used shock doesn’t come with a warranty card. Is it okay to buy?”
“Can you help me determine if this seller’s suspension is worth purchasing?”
“This suspension was previously installed on a scooter. Can it be fitted on my maxi-scooter?”
“This suspension was installed on someone else’s bike. Will it be a problem to install it on mine?”
※ We will not respond to any such questions related to second-hand transactions.※ Please assess the risks of second-hand purchases at your own discretion.
Warranty and After-Sales Service Policy
Only products with a valid warranty card are eligible for factory maintenance and service.Please make sure the second-hand product includes a complete warranty card (with dealer stamp and installation date) to ensure your after-sales rights.
Products not purchased through authorized RACINGBROS dealers may not be eligible for warranty or after-sales service.
If you encounter any issues with installation or setup after purchasing a second-hand product, we recommend visiting an authorized RACINGBROS dealer for professional support.

RACINGBROS does not provide any information or assistance regarding second-hand transactions.
RACINGBROS does not operate or participate in any second-hand trading groups or platforms.
