ELECTRICS PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty Period

The product unit is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
No warranty services will be provided after the warranty period expires.

Warranty Terms

  1. This limited warranty applies only to products officially sold by RACINGBROS INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD.

  2. This warranty is valid only within the territory of Taiwan.

  3. To apply for warranty service, the warranty card's indicated coverage period will be used as the reference. Products within the valid period are eligible for warranty service.

  4. If a natural functional failure occurs within the warranty period, the product will be replaced as a whole unit. A new or equivalent product with comparable performance and stability will be provided. The replacement product will inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product, which becomes the property of the company.

  5. If the original product is out of stock at the time of warranty service, shipment will be made once restocked. If the original product is discontinued, an equivalent-function model will be substituted. If the customer does not accept any of these options, a prorated refund based on the remaining warranty period will be issued.

  6. If the issue is determined to be outside the warranty scope, the customer must bear the round-trip shipping cost. If it is covered under warranty, only the shipping cost to our company must be covered by the customer.

  7. Warranty eligibility is determined solely by RACINGBROS INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD., and the company reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
