SUSPENSION PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY

Limited Warranty Scope

​

This warranty applies only to RACINGBROS suspension products installed by officially authorized RACINGBROS dealers. All dealers must complete professional installation training before they are permitted to perform installations or adjustments for customers. Products purchased from non-authorized dealers are not eligible for warranty coverage.

RACINGBROS has secured product liability insurance coverage up to NT$10 million.

To claim warranty service under this policy, you must present a valid warranty card through your original purchasing dealer.

The warranty card must bear the invoice stamp (or shop stamp) of the authorized dealer on the date of purchase and include the installation date for the warranty to become valid.

With a valid warranty card, consumers are entitled to the following warranty coverage:

​

  • Air suspension (Bazooka / Air Cannon): One free basic service within the first year of installation. Warranty can be extended for another year after the service.
     

  • Air forks (Air Strike): One-year product warranty. All servicing is at the customer’s expense.
     

  • Spring suspension (Shicane / Bazooka HD): Two-year product warranty. All servicing is at the customer’s expense.
     

  • Cartridge fork series (Scepter 25 / MARKSMAN 33 UR STYLE): One-year product warranty. All servicing is at the customer’s expense.
     

  • All RACINGBROS suspension products serviced at the factory are eligible for a one-year warranty extension.
     

To ensure optimal performance and extend product life, regular maintenance by the end user is required.

Local Laws

​

This warranty provides specific legal rights. You may also have other rights depending on your location. In the event of any conflict between this warranty and applicable local laws, this policy will be interpreted to align with those laws.

Limitation of Liability

​

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, RACINGBROS and its suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the obligations stated in this warranty.

Warranty Limitations

​

This warranty does not apply under the following conditions:

  1. Improper installation or adjustment not following RACINGBROS technical procedures.
     

  2. Damage caused by collision, improper use, or failure to comply with usage specifications.
     

  3. Products that have been modified or altered.
     

  4. Serial numbers or product codes that have been tampered with or removed.
     

  5. Normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or use under non-recommended conditions.
     

  6. Damage caused by using non-RACINGBROS parts.
     

  7. Use of incompatible, unauthorized, or inappropriate parts or accessories.
     

  8. Damage resulting from commercial or rental vehicle use.
     

  9. Missing invoice stamp from authorized dealers on the warranty card.
     

Important Notes

​

  1. The warranty card is used to verify product origin and record service history. No warranty or service will be provided without it. Products without a valid card will be returned, and the customer must cover shipping.
     

  2. All suspension products shipped to dealers include a warranty card. The dealer must stamp the card and fill in the installation date after installation.
     

  3. Customers must ensure they receive a valid warranty card after installation to retain eligibility for service and maintenance.
     

  4. Warranty service requires a valid RACINGBROS-issued warranty card. If the card is lost but the original purchasing dealer and product info can be verified, a replacement may be issued. If verification fails after three attempts, the product will be flagged as suspicious and excluded from future warranty or service.
     

  5. For used products or vehicles with RACINGBROS suspension, ensure the original owner or dealer has a valid warranty card or knows the original dealer info. Without this, RACINGBROS reserves the right to deny all warranty and service requests.
     

  6. RACINGBROS does not intervene in any used product or vehicle transactions. Disputes must be resolved with the seller directly. RACINGBROS will not respond to or handle any secondhand purchase inquiries or disputes.
     

  7. For installation or adjustment issues related to secondhand products, customers are advised to visit authorized RACINGBROS dealers.

 

Warranty Card Reissue Process

​

  • Provide the product serial number and original dealer information for verification. If verified, a replacement card may be issued through any authorized dealer.

  • Reissue cost: NT$300 + NT$150 (cash on delivery shipping) = NT$450 total.
     

  • No replacement will be issued for products that were not legally purchased, or that were samples, giveaways, or test items.
     

  • If the original dealer cannot be verified, the card will not be reissued.

 

Factory Maintenance & Repair Instructions

Products must be properly packaged before being returned. Use the original packaging whenever possible and ensure each unit is individually wrapped. Upon receipt, RACINGBROS will inspect and photograph the condition of the product and contact the dealer to confirm any damage from shipping. It is recommended that dealers inspect items immediately upon receiving them to protect their rights.

 

Other Provisions

RACINGBROS reserves the right to interpret, modify, or update this warranty policy at any time.
